Pavoni’s Chocolart White Cocoa Butter is a ready-to-use opacifying colorant: the pigment is already dosed and incorporated into the cocoa butter. Simply melt and temper it to apply decoration on your chocolate pieces (molding, spraying, brush) and to lighten or opacify your fat-based preparations. It is also the ideal base for creating pastel tones.
