Pavoni’s Chocolart Lilac cocoa butter is a ready-to-use colorant: the pigment is already dosed and incorporated into the cocoa butter. Simply melt and temper it to apply decoration on your chocolate pieces (molding, spraying, brush) and to color your fat-based preparations like marzipan, ganaches, and creams.

Tip: delicate shade. Melt without exceeding 45 degrees, temper around 28 to 29 degrees; apply in a thin layer for light lavender, in a thicker layer for deep lilac.
