Usage tips
Put on the glove for oven removals, handling mass caramel, or unmolding hot pieces: silicone resists splashes of cooked sugar and fats. Rinse it with hot soapy water or put it in the dishwasher between uses.
Note: unlike fabric, silicone does not absorb water: it also protects against steam, the main cause of burns when removing from the oven.
