Usage tips
Pour tempered chocolate, gelled creamy filling, or colored jelly in a thin layer, let it set in the cold, and unmold the corollas with a press. Place them on a still-fresh glaze so they stick without adhesive. A touch of pearlescent powder in the flower’s center completes the decoration.
Note: make the corollas in advance and store them flat in an airtight box in the fridge: placing them at the last moment remains the only step on the day of the event.
