Preparation Tips:

1. Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
2. For one serving, mix 100 g of the mix with 70 ml of warm tap water for 8 minutes using a whisk at maximum speed until you get a light texture.
3. Add 220 grams of unsalted butter (at room temperature) in 4 parts to the mixture, beating until the butter is fully incorporated before adding the next portion.
4. Beat at high speed for about 8 minutes to achieve a smooth cream.
5. One serving of cream is enough to fill and cover a 20 cm cake or decorate about 12 cupcakes.
