Usage tips
Fill two-thirds full and score the top with melted butter halfway through baking for an even split. Silicone colors the sides less than a metal mold: slightly extend the baking time and check with a knife. Let cool for ten minutes before unmolding by gently pulling the edges away.
Note: always place the filled mold on a rigid tray before baking: at 1550 ml, the batter can deform the silicone when held by hand.
