Usage tips
Pour the base (ice cream, sorbet, or frozen yogurt), insert the stick, and freeze thoroughly before unmolding with a simple flex. For a crunchy coating, dip the frozen stick in fluid chocolate at a maximum of 35 °C and let it set while hanging for a few seconds.
Note: two molds allow rotation: while one batch freezes in the freezer, the second is filled, doubling production.
