Dad Decor: lettered disk for Ø18 cm entremets
Dad Decor allows you to create a decorative disk bearing the word dad in several languages, to place on an entremet or emboss directly on the surface. The platinum silicone produces clear and readable lettering, accompanied by small hearts.

Usage tips
For a disk to place, pour a thin layer of chocolate or cream into the mold, smooth it, let it set in the cold, then unmold and place on the frozen entremet. For embossing, apply the mold on the soft surface before it fully sets, then remove it with a steady motion.
Note: the 2.5 mm relief is intentionally thin: prefer fluid masses (chocolate, cream, jelly) rather than thick mixtures to maintain the legibility of the lettering.
