This cocoa butter spray creates a deep red velvet effect on frozen surfaces: mousses, desserts, yule logs, and small cakes. The fine spray deposits a matte and even layer that perfects display finishes.

Usage tips
Take the dessert out of the freezer just before spraying: the thermal shock solidifies the cocoa butter into microbeads, which creates the velvet effect. Shake the can vigorously before and during use, keep it as vertical as possible, and work with small crossed presses about 50 cm from the piece.
Note: the can should be used at a temperature between 25 °C and 35 °C: an aerosol that is too cold sprays irregular droplets. Warm it to room temperature before use, never in a boiling water bath.
