Usage tips
For perfectly sharp edges, pour fluid mixtures (mousses, creamy desserts, jellies) and freeze before unmolding. When baking, lightly butter the tips for sugar-rich mixtures that tend to stick. Unmold by pushing the tip from underneath rather than pulling on the edges.
Note: the tip of the pyramid is the most fragile area when unmolding baked pieces: wait for complete cooling before turning the mold over.
