Usage tips
Assemble the Cocoon entremet classically, glaze or flock it, then top it with a separately poured decorated disc: the flat surface ensures stable and centered placement. With the Multi-Inserto Round, vary the inserts from one production to another without changing the outer silhouette.
Note: pour the decorative disc into a mass that sets firmly (chocolate, gelled creamy) to handle it without deformation when placing.
