For cigarette paper dough, spread thinly into the pattern, scrape off excess, and bake for a few minutes: the flexible decoration can be curved while still warm around a rolling pin or ring. For chocolate, pour tempered chocolate, let crystallize flat, and unmold when cold. Store decorations between sheets of parchment paper.
Note: cigarette paper dough is worked in small quantities: bake in short batches, and shape immediately after removing from the oven.
