Usage tips
Fill two-thirds full for a regular dome; batters rich in chips or fruit require no greasing of the silicone. For savory muffins, parmesan and candied vegetables work the same way. Unmold while warm by gently separating each cavity.
Note: silicone colors the sides less than metal: judge doneness by the blade rather than the color of the edges.
