Usage tips
Arrange several petals in a rosette on a tray to recreate a giant flower to share, or place them individually with the tip toward the plate. In frozen mousse, the pink or ivory velvet veil enhances the floral effect; in the baked version, a thin glaze follows the curve without masking the relief.
Note: the tip of the petal is the fragile area: unmold by supporting the base and peeling the silicone from the rounded edge.
