Usage tips
For entremets, pour a fluid mousse and freeze for sharp petals; for the baked version, choose a dense batter that follows the contours without rising excessively. Unmolding is done petal by petal, gently pulling the silicone away before turning it over.
Note: a veil of velvet spray in a floral tone (pink, ivory, pale yellow) is enough to finish the piece without any added decoration.
