The traditional ciambellone (yogurt and lemon batter) remains a safe choice, but the crown also accommodates soakable babas, marble cakes, and frozen desserts. Fill two-thirds full and unmold while warm: the central chimney ensures even baking throughout.
Note: the SAFE RING eliminates the need for a support tray: it is the only family-sized silicone mold that can be handled filled without special precautions.
