Usage tips
Fill with a piping bag by turning around the central post for a bubble-free ring. Once frozen and unmolded, the central hole holds a dollop of jelly, a fruit grain, or a crunchy pearl: this is the visual signature of the format. In savory dishes, cheese mousse and a condiment center work the same way.
Note: the central post is fragile when unmolding: push the piece from underneath instead of pulling on the ring.
