Usage tips
The 40 ml size makes the perfect gourmet coffee: three Mini Puffs with different flavors make up a balanced tasting plate. In production, flock the frozen pieces on whole trays and store them in a box in the freezer; the finish holds until service.
Note: 40 ml is enjoyed in two bites: it is also the right size for inserts in entremets to share of 1 liter and more.
