Usage tips
For mass production, pour six disks in tempered chocolate or creamy gel, freeze, unmold, and store flat: apply at the last moment on the glazed dessert. For embossing, press the mold onto the soft surface just before setting to transfer the lettering.
Note: contrast ensures readability: chocolate disk on light velvet, or ivory disk on cocoa flocking, so the lettering stands out.
