Corallo: the coral wave in silicone
The Corallo mold sculpts desserts with a sinuous shape inspired by coral, between wave and organic branch. Resistant from -60 °C to +230 °C, it is suitable for both frozen entremets and baked cakes, with the flexible unmolding typical of Italian silicone.

Usage tips
The wavy silhouette stands on its own: a solid flocking in coral, terracotta, or ivory transforms the piece into a table sculpture. Pour a smooth mousse, freeze thoroughly, and unmold following the waves. Cut perpendicular to the waves for even portions.
Note: the hollows of the waves trap air when filling: pour in a continuous stream from one end to the other rather than in several spots.
