This fat-soluble orange powder colorant is made from sunset yellow (E110) and specially formulated for coloring fat-rich preparations: white chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches, creams, or confections.

Thanks to its bright and warm shade, it is especially recommended for fruity creations (orange, apricot, mango), festive decorations (Halloween, autumn), or artistic pieces requiring a vibrant colored effect.

Instructions for use

For fatty masses:

1. Melt the fat (white chocolate, butter, cocoa butter).

2. Add a small amount of powder (do not exceed the maximum dosage of 0.1 g/kg).

3. Mix thoroughly until completely homogeneous.

For surface applications:

1. Dilute in a little food-grade alcohol (such as Rejuvenator).

2. Apply with a brush on molds, candies, desserts.
