Usage tips
Temper the chocolate carefully then pour in one go, tap and scrape: the rigidity of Tritan ensures flat surfaces and sharp edges. For filled bars, pour a thin shell, let crystallize, fill with praline or caramel, then seal. Unmold by simply flipping after complete crystallization.
Note: Tritan reveals the slightest tempering flaw: an approximate temperature curve is immediately visible on the shine of the bars.
