Usage tips
The facets require thorough freezing and patient unmolding: peel the silicone facet by facet before turning it over. Translucent jellies make the most of the light play; for mousse, a velvet veil followed by a touch of sparkling powder on the edges recreates the stone’s brilliance.
Note: pour in a thin, continuous stream to avoid trapping any bubbles in the facets: every flaw shows on this type of geometry.
