Usage Tips

On glazed shortbreads with royal icing, place the pearls before it fully sets: a 7 mm pearl in the center of a flower piped with a fine nozzle, 4 mm pearls around the edges. The contrast between the two sizes adds relief to a flat biscuit without any other color. Allow 3 to 5 g per decorated shortbread.

For a coordinated sweet table, repeat the pearly white duo on all elements: a crown of 7 mm pearls on the central cake, a scattering of 4 mm pearls on cupcakes, and a few pearls spread on serving trays. The white gradient is especially suitable for baby shower, family ceremonies, and weddings.
