Usage tips
Pipe the batter into the center of each mold without reaching the edge: the dough spreads during baking up to the mark. Assemble the cooled shells two by two with whipped ganache, light buttercream, or a spread. Disposable bags speed up flavor changes.
Note: match the shells by size before filling: even if calibrated, shells from one batch should be sorted into identical pairs.
