Usage Tips

Shake the jar, then work with selective gilding rather than full coverage: a dry brush passed over the reliefs of a sugar paste decoration, the edges of molded chocolate, or the borders of a cookie catches the light exactly where you want it. On a set chocolate drip, a veil of gold on the drips creates a metallic gradient without weighing down the decoration.

With a stencil, keep the pattern pressed firmly on the sugar paste and dab the powder with a dry brush, working from the center to the edges: the golden outline stands out sharply when removed. A knife tip is also enough to make a non-alcoholic festive drink sparkle at serving time.

Note: Ingredients: aluminum and potassium silicate E555 (65 to 75%), colorant E172 (25 to 35%). Allergen-free. Dosage: quantum satis, meaning the amount just necessary for the desired effect, without excess.
